Our Courses

Al Noor Quran Academy offers a range of courses tailored to different levels and interests, all taught by Swera Fatima Ali, an experienced teacher educated at Ghausia Masjid, UK, now based in Sweden. Classes run daily from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Swedish time (CET/CEST).

Noorani Qaidah (Arabic Reading Basics)

Perfect for beginners (ages 4+). Learn to recognize Arabic letters, join them into words, and read fluently. Focus on correct pronunciation (makharij) and basic reading skills. Interactive and step-by-step to build confidence quickly. Duration: Flexible, usually 3–6 months depending on progress.

Basic Tajweed

Learn the essential rules of Tajweed to recite the Quran beautifully and correctly. Covers core rules like makharij al-huroof, sifat, noon sakinah/tanween, madd, and more. Practical application with teacher feedback on every recitation. Builds accurate recitation habits from an early age. Suitable after completing Qaidah or alongside it for older beginners.

Surah Memorization (Hifz Basics)

Memorize short and selected Surahs (starting with Juz 'Amma). Emphasis on strong retention, revision, and beautiful recitation with Tajweed. Age-appropriate pace: shorter Surahs for younger kids, longer ones for teens. Includes understanding basic meanings to connect with the words. Encourages daily habits for long-term memorization.

Basic GCSE Supplementation (Islamic Studies Support)

Targeted help for students preparing for GCSE Islamic Studies or similar exams. Covers key topics like Aqeedah, Fiqh basics, Seerah, Hadith, and Quranic themes. Reinforces Quran understanding alongside school syllabus. Helps build exam confidence with revision, practice questions, and explanations. Ideal for UK-based youth (or equivalent curricula).

At Al Noor Quran Academy, we believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals. While we specialize in Quranic education, we also plan to offer courses in basic social skills and Islamic ways of life in the future, helping our students grow into confident and compassionate members of society.

Personalized Learning Experience

Our classes are conducted in a personalized one-to-one format via video call (Zoom or similar). Small, focused groups are available if preferred. We offer flexible scheduling within 6–9 PM Swedish time. Progress is tracked with regular feedback and parent updates. We provide a safe, encouraging environment to nurture love for the Quran and deen.
