Time slot selection

Choosing the right time slot is essential for a successful learning experience. Here's what you need to know when picking your time:

Lessons run daily: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Swedish time (CET/CEST).

Personalized scheduling: Limited spots each evening for private 1:1 lessons.

Popular Times: 7:00–8:00 PM (Swedish time) fill up fastest.

Consider your child's energy level:

  • Younger children (4–8 years): Earlier slots (6:00–7:30 PM) often work best.
  • Older children/teens (9–16 years): Mid-to-late slots (7:00–9:00 PM) can be better.

Prayer times & family routine: We are happy to work around Maghrib and Isha prayer times. Let us know your family’s prayer schedule when booking.

Consistency is key: The biggest benefit comes from attending the same day(s) and time each week. We recommend committing to 2–5 fixed days per week at the same time.

Trial lesson flexibility: Your first trial lesson can often be scheduled at a mutually convenient time within the 6–9 PM window.

Quick checklist before choosing your slot:

  • What time is 6–9 PM Swedish time where you live?
  • When is your child most alert and able to concentrate in the evening?
  • Does the slot avoid prayer times, homework rush, or family commitments?
  • Can you commit to the same time each week for consistency?
